Luxury Rides By MSG provides luxury airport transfer, chauffeur services, and related transportation services. Our fleet includes premium vehicles, and our chauffeurs are professional and trained to deliver high-quality service.

3. Booking and Payment

• Booking: To book a service, please use the booking form on our website or contact us directly. All bookings are subject to availability.
• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and online payment systems.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel a booking, please do so as early as possible. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

5. Responsibilities and Liabilities

• Passenger Responsibilities: Passengers are responsible for arriving at the pick-up location on time. Any delays caused by passengers may affect the scheduled itinerary.
• Liability: Luxury Rides By MSG is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused due to delays, cancellations, or other issues beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or accidents.
